Burrata Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Hackleback Caviar

  • 8 brioche or challah bread slices, ½” thick 
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, room temperature 
  • 2 oz Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar

Preparation

Heat skillet over med-high heat. Generously butter bread on one side and assemble the sandwich with sliced burrata, buttered surface facing out. Toast sandwiches on each side until golden brown, trimming edges if desired. Slice in half and top with Hackleback Caviar.
