Refund policy

Customers have 24 hours upon receipt of package to inspect product and contact CCC for a Return Authorization Number. If returns are approved, all products must be shipped properly packed on frozen gel ice in an insulated shipping box and returned FedEx Priority Overnight. Product must be received at or below 39°F per FDA regulations in order for credit to be applied. Returns accepted Tuesday-Friday.
