Gift Cards, Promo Codes and Vouchers
Everything you need to use a code on a California Caviar order: where the code goes, what to do when it is not accepted, and how to ask about a voucher from one of our older partner promotions.
Where your code goes
At checkout, look for the field marked Discount code or gift card, enter your code, and select Apply.
On a computer, that field is in the order summary on the right-hand side of the checkout page, and it is visible as soon as the page loads.
On a phone, tap Order summary at the top of checkout to open it and reveal the code field.
Once a code is accepted it appears as a small tag beneath the field with an ✕ to remove it, and the saving shows in the order summary above the total.
Gift cards
California Caviar gift cards are available in multiple denominations from $50 to $1,000.
There is no shipping cost on a gift card, and gift cards are delivered by email.
To use a gift card, enter the card code at checkout in the field marked Discount code or gift card, then select Apply.
A gift card can be used alongside a promotional code. If the gift card does not cover the whole order, the remaining amount due is shown in your order summary and you pay the balance as usual.
Using a gift card? If your card does not apply at checkout, contact us with the order details and we will sort it out.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes are issued by us, or by a partner running an offer with us. Some are time-limited.
Enter the code in the Discount code or gift card field at checkout and select Apply. The saving appears in your order summary before you pay.
Some promotional offers have restrictions and may not be combined with other offers. Always check your order summary to make sure the promotion you want is applied before completing checkout.
Older partner vouchers
Between 2020 and 2023 we ran promotions with partners including RueLaLa and Gilt City. Those campaigns have closed.
If you are holding an unused voucher from one of them, send us the code and your original confirmation and we will tell you what we can do.
If your code is not accepted
If your code isn't accepted, check that it was entered exactly as provided and that the offer is still active.
If checkout shows "Enter a valid discount code or gift card," the code may be incorrect or no longer valid.
If you're still having trouble, contact us and include the code you're trying to use.
