You should call the office to make any modifications to your order. Please keep in mind once your package has shipped no changes can be made. 

Best way to track your package is to use the tracking number that is attached to your order. If you cannot find your tracking number please call the office to confirm your order has been shipped.

$38 for overnight shipping nationwide, no charge for pick-up and local deliveries.

When you place your order online please include the following in the 'note' box: date and time you would like to pick up your order within our pick-up hours 9am-2pm. Also, please give us a call 30 minute to your arrival.

Your package will be sent overnight via either FedEx or UPS, it will be in an insulated box with liners and ice packs. The cold ice packs will keep your caviar cold for 48 hours.

Please remove from box and immediately place caviar in the coolest part of your refrigerator (NOT freezer). If your caviar arrives in a cooler, please place cooler directly into your refrigerator (refreeze icepacks if become soft). Optimal storage temperature is between 28 and 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

Unopened caviar at optimal storage remains fresh for up to 5 weeks. Once opened, you should enjoy your caviar within 5 days.
