Avocado Toast With Classic White Sturgeon Caviar
Is there anything not to love about Avocado toast? So simple, yet so satisfying, with SO many possible variations. Here is one of our favs!
INGREDIENTS
– 4 slices of dark rye bread
– 2 eggs
– 1 small-medium avocado
– 2 radishes, sliced into matchsticks
– 1 sprig of dill, roughly chopped
– 1 tablespoon European style butter
– flaky sea salt
– 2oz caviar (we recommend our Classic White Sturgeon caviar or Russian Osetra)

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT:
Step 1: In a small saucepan, boil enough water to cover the eggs.
Step 2: Carefully add eggs to boiling water and cook for 9 minutes then immediately transfer to an ice bath.
Step 3: Once the eggs are cool, crack them in the water and peel off the shell. Slice the eggs into 1/4” thick slices and set aside.
Step 4: Peel avocado and remove pit. In a bowl, lightly mash and set aside.
Step 5: Toast bread and coat with butter.
Step 6: Spread avocado onto toasts and top with egg slices then a sprinkling of sea salt.
Step 7: Top with the radishes and dill then a big spoonful of caviar.
