Shipping policy

About your delivery

Caviar is a perishable item, to ensure your order is the freshest, we only ship overnight with a flat rate of $38 per order.
Please allow 48 business hours for processing your order.

If your order is placed BEFORE 12:00pm noon Pacific Time Monday through Thursday, it will be packed and shipped for a next day delivery. 

If your order is placed AFTER 12:00pm noon  Pacific Time Monday through Thursday, your order will be packed and shipped the following day — so an order placed after noon on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. 

All orders placed on Friday will be packed and shipped on Monday for a Tuesday delivery — unless you specify a Saturday delivery (at extra charges).

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to higher delivery fees — please call the main office at (415) 332-0082 for assistance before placing your order.

Pickups are available at our offices in Sausalito, California Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
