Come celebrate the start of summer at our renowned Caviar Bump Club Popup. Witness our culinary masters display the versatility of caviar in a 6-course pre-fixed menu that will inspire and pleasure your palate.

The menu, featuring locally sourced seasonal produce, will include a traditional caviar service starring an array of our award-winning White Sturgeon — including the Queen's Reserve. Our Michelin trained, caviar chefs embrace the spirit of our mission and continue to push the boundaries of cooking with caviar.

This is an invitation-only event. The Caviar Bump Club is a creative, innovative, and educational growing space that pushes the boundaries of the caviar world and we're thrilled to share this experience with our most valued friends and supporters.

Chef Mathieu Legendre

Chef Mathieu Legendre is a Marin County native with over 10 years of cooking experience. His career began working in his father’s restaurant, Fringale, in San Francisco, inspiring him to pursue a career in the culinary world.

Throughout his career, Chef Mathieu has worked in Paris as well as many Bay Area restaurants including El Paseo by Tyler Florence in Mill Valley, Bellota of the Absinthe group, and Sorrel by Alex Hong, before joining California Caviar Company and eventually becoming Chef de Cuisine at the Bump Bar in Sausalito.

While Chef Mathieu is flexible and eager to cook a variety of cuisines, he primarily has a French and Spanish background that is mixed with a focus on the great California produce and seafood the bay area has to offer.

This Experience Includes: 6-Course Tasting Menu — including our traditional caviar service. 5:00pm seating for the Tasting Menu is $210/person (gratuity included). Wine pairing, wines by the bottle, wines by the glass available on-site. Add-on caviar purchases available..
