This was Pebble Beach Food & Wine’s 10 year anniversary and one of the best years yet. We have absolutely loved being the official caviar sponsors every year since their inception back in 2007. This year brought the absolute best of the best. We did a caviar and champagne seminar with Taittinger for the second year in a row as well as a lunch with uber talent and one of our favorite chefs, Dominique Crenn, as well as a fireside happy hour with the Venetian Las Vegas loading our caviar on Morro Bay oysters. What truly made this year special though was the 5 course caviar dinner with Chef Michael Mina which was hands down one of the best meals we’ve ever experienced. Not to mention the mind blowing Bocuse d’Or dinner with legends Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Paul Bartolotta and the Bocuse d’Or team USA. We left feeling truly blessed to have experienced such a special event.
