Imported Caviar

kaluga • farm - raised russian and siberian osetra

Kaluga Hybrid

Originating from the Amur River basin, this beautiful farmed caviar is from the Huso Daricus sturgeon. One look and you will understand why this caviar is often called the "Amur Beluga". The extra large eggs are an iridescent gray color which roll on your palate with a clean pop and rich yet mellow flavor.

A perfect marriage of two sturgeon native to the Amur River basin, Huso Daricus and Acipenser Schrencki, this stunning farmed caviar has large golden amber eggs with a slight brininess, nutty flavor and a smooth buttery finish.
